Expert at innovation management, encapsulation, and commercial application of nutritional specialties from high-hygiene spray drying/encapsulation facilities. My purpose is to contribute to improved health by means of innovation in ingredients and technology. I enjoy moving mountains with an empowered team.


Why are you running for the Board of Directors?

Over the past 25 years I have been working in the field of Nutritional Lipids and the encapsulation thereof. In different capacities; First as Director Innovation (MT Member) of FrieslandCampina Kievit (Vana Sana) later for Hero in Babyfood then with my own JV in Vitasquare (currently called Vitablend; a factory I engineered and co-owned). Currently, I am supporting Custom Food Ingredients Malaysia on process- and product Innovation. Given my track record and personal connection to health-supporting ingredients in consumer products and also having first-hand knowledge of the needs of the end-use industry, I believe I can contribute to GOED's goals.
